THE CHRONICLE

01_THE_FOUNDATION

In 2019, the digital landscape of Jamaica was a different world. My entry into the Minecraft universe began on the Bedrock Edition—a platform often overlooked by veterans, but one that provided the perfect petri dish for studying community dynamics. It wasn't about the mechanics of the game; it was about the people. I watched as empires rose and fell, noting the specific leadership traits that kept a community together during a crisis.

LOG_ENTRY_01: "The Bedrock era taught me patience. Without the advanced tools of Java, you lead through personality and presence alone."

By 2022, I knew I had outgrown the limitations of Bedrock. The transition to Java Edition (Cracked) was my first real step into the "professional" scene. Even without a premium account, I treated every server I joined as a job interview. I wasn't just playing; I was auditing. I studied plugin configurations, economy balance, and staff hierarchy like it was a science.

No history is complete without its failures. My time with **Fakepixel** and **UltisMC** remains the most important part of my career. At Fakepixel, I was humbled. Being a Support Employee sounds simple, but managing hundreds of tickets while maintaining a professional tone is a skill that must be forged in fire. I failed, I was demoted, and I learned.

Then came UltisMC. Applying 21 times wasn't a sign of desperation; it was a sign of total commitment. Most would have stopped after three rejections. I didn't. Though that path ended in a blacklist due to communication errors in the final interview phase, it forced me to evolve. It taught me that it’s not enough to be right—you have to be professional.

2026 was the year the shackles came off. Achieving Premium status allowed me to finally step onto the stage of major networks. **NovaCraft** became my primary focus as an Owner, where I implemented a "Staff-First" philosophy. I knew that a happy staff team leads to a healthy player base.

Currently, serving as a Helper on **Sword.rip** and a Moderator on **PurpleRealms**, I act as a bridge between the old-school Bedrock days and the high-performance Java networks of today. Every interaction is handled with the weight of my seven-year history behind it.
